As the owner and Managing Partner of Leadership Properties, Bob David has over thirty years of real estate and development experience. A transplant from Chicago, Illinois, Bob has literally built his business on positive development in the Tulsa area. After beginning Leadership Properties over a decade ago, Bob has made it his goal to combine quality, creativity, and integrity in every project done by his company. He is responsible for such developments as Waterstone, Wind River, Southern Woods, Scissortail, Sequoyah Hill, Silver Ridge, Rockford Village, as well as many others.

As Financial Manager at Leadership Properties for the last three years, Kevin represents some new blood in the development business. Having spent much of the early part of his working life at various banking institutions in the states of Kansas and Oklahoma, Kevin brings a fresh perspective to whatever financial needs a customer may have concerning their project.
