    •  Land:  150 Total Acres / Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 14 East  Tulsa County, Oklahoma

    •  Location:  Phase One of Iron Horse Ranch Broken Arrow is located east of Olive Avenue (129th E. Ave.) on Jasper (131st South).  The main entrance for phase One of Iron Horse Ranch is ¼ mile east of Olive on Jasper and across the street from the Bentley Village development.  The development is approximately two miles from the Olive Avenue entrance/exit for the Creek
    Turnpike.

    •  Planning: Phase I was engineered by Tanner Consulting of Tulsa.  Land planning and design services for this phase of Iron Horse Ranch was provided by Bill Yung & Associates of Branson Missouri and Tanner Consulting of Tulsa.     

    •  Ownership: 129th East Avenue Associates; LLC is the ownership entity of the Iron Horse Ranch development.

    •  Development Team: Leadership Properties, LLC of Tulsa Oklahoma.

    •  Development Funding: Arvest Bank.

    •  Utilities / Building Permits: Water and sewer service is provided by the City of Broken Arrow.  All construction building permits and inspections will be
    approved/conducted by the City of Broken Arrow.
